Before returning an item for refund – please read the following steps and ensure
you follow the correct process and meet all criteria specified:
1. You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
2. The item must be unworn and not soiled.
3. The item must be complete with all original packaging , tags & packaging
receipts.
4. For hygienic reasons we regret we are unable to refund underwear & hosiery
products.
5. We regret we cannot refund any goods that have been damaged while been
worn or washed.
6. All returned items should be sent recorded delivery as we are not liable
for items lost in the postal system.
7. Postage incurred when returning items, is not refundable.
